Office Administrator

APS Homes is a property development company based in Bath.

We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our growing office team. Your role is to assist with the smooth running of the company by providing support to team managers.


Job Description:

• Good knowledge using excel and word

• Handling incoming calls & other communications

• Maintaining filing systems

• Social Media & Website management

• Preparing, drafting and typing letters and correspondence

• Taking minutes at meetings

• Printing and scanning documents

• Day to day office administration and errands

• Document control and management

• Record keeping

• Project Administrative tasks

• Ad hoc office duties

• Liaising with suppliers and contractors

• Support to Project and Design managers

• Assistant to MD


Skills and Experience:

• Previous administration experience

• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

• Warm personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Happy to work within a small team

• Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements

• Book Keeping abilities is preferred but not essential
