We are currently looking for a Part-time experienced Book Keeper to join our growing office team.
Part Time: 10-20 hrs per week
Bookkeeper job description:
• Analysis work (using Excel)
• VAT returns/Reconciliations/Reporting
• CIS returns
• Cash Flow reporting (Project and portfolio)
• Payroll
• Project Payments
• Online Banking including BACS
• The processing and reconciliation of Employee Expenses
• Preparation of month end/year-end adjustments including prepayments, accruals, deferred income and depreciation
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• A detailed and thorough knowledge of Xero software
• 2 years+ of bookkeeping experience
• Experience preparing VAT returns
• Use of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Use of Iris practice software
